As the name suggests, we’re nerds, or geeks if you prefer. That doesn’t restrict our topics to Star Trek and hyperdrives. Have you ever heard anyone referred to as a [insert hobby here]-geek/nerd? For example, sewing geeks, car geeks, tech geeks, etc. We want to talk about, and to, all of them as well as traditional geek fare, such as cosplay, sci-fi, fantasy, science, TV & movies, conventions, and fandom of all stripes. We’re even hoping to eventually hit topics such as lifestyle design, music, voice acting, life hacks, health and fitness, and the proverbial “much, much more”.

In this episode, it was our great pleasure to have Madison Metricula Roberts as our very first call-in guest. Madison is based out of Raleigh, NC and describes herself as a party clown for all ages 18 and up. Her music includes folk, parodies, and naughty nerdy ballads. We also talk a bit more about toxic fandom in light of what happened to Kelly Marie Tran. We also have a fair discussion about some of the things that happened with ConCarolinas.
